The venue
General
The Warehouse is an open-plan indoor space in Gqeberha suited for a wide variety of events, including corporate functions (conferences, seminars, product launches, year-end parties), private celebrations (birthdays, showers, anniversaries), live music concerts, community or church gatherings, and indoor pickleball games.
Hiring the space
Venue hire
Booking is simple and follows a three-step process. Enquire: submit your date, estimated guest count, and event vision through our online enquiry form. Site Visit: schedule a walk-through with our team to discuss your layout, technical requirements, and catering preferences. Quote & Lock It In: receive a tailored quote within 1 working day and secure your date with a deposit.
Depending on your setup, hire includes access to: a vast, flexible open-plan floor space; trestle and round tables with chairs; secure on-site parking for guests and delegates; kitchen and prep area access for caterers; AV equipment including a PA system, projector, and screen; and high-speed Wi-Fi and accessible entrances/restrooms.

Tickets
Yes, ticketing for concerts and live performances hosted at the venue can be directly managed and sold on our platform.
Absolutely. Built specifically for high-capacity crowds and big sound, the venue features high ceilings, serious power capabilities, a wide floor for staging, and easy load-in access for touring rigs. Tech walk-throughs prior to event day are welcome.

Yes, late pack-outs can be accommodated by prior arrangement with our venue management team.
Yes! The venue acts as a flexible blank canvas, giving you full decor freedom. External caterers are welcome to utilize our kitchen and prep areas during your event.
Courts & play
Pickleball
No, all equipment can be hired from us, make sure to hire in the steps above, so you can just show up and we will have everything ready for you to play.
Court bookings are processed above, please follow the steps and we’ll see you on the court.
Off-Peak Court Hire: R160 per hour (up to 4 players). Peak Court Hire: R210 per hour (up to 4 players). (exclusive of racket and ball hire)

Corporate
Yes. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi and AV equipment (PA system, screen, projector) for presentations. We also offer catering options to suit full-day or half-day delegates.
The open-plan layout easily adapts to theatre, classroom, banquet, or cocktail setups depending on your conference, seminar, or product launch requirements.
